Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package to qualify for an exchange
If any return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.
All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
If it’s determined that dress is the party at fault, we will exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
